Many colleges, NGO/NPO and Microsoft Innovations Centers across the country also joined in this mission to spread digital literacy and higher education options among young citizens of India.

The session duration was of 2 hours in which students were taught about basics of computing & typing, MS Office, email, internet browsing & social media. The students were encouraged to try out some games and other applications in the laptop. Many students came forward in response and had a good time using students’ laptops . For many students, it was their first hands-on experience with computers and the sessions helped them realize the importance of higher education. The teams also organized a small quiz on computer among children and distributed prizes to the winners.

Overall it was a different experience for the students to share knowledge. The children were very enthusiastic & keen to learn new things. Dronacharya College of Engineering received a lot of appreciation from the team of Microsoft and MVPs conducting this event.
